We rebuilt this large screen porch retaining the original roof and support posts. The flooring is kiln dried pressure treated pine which resists rot, but is able to accept beautiful stained finishes. The wainscot and screen framing are built of exterior grade PVC and wood material for outdoor durability with an indoor look.
This deck and trellis was built in the Oak Grove neighborhood of stain pressure treated yellow pine:
This roofed trellis was built for a Morningside church's child development center:
We built this partially sunken screen porch onto a home in Morningside:
The porch features a standing seam metal roof and is trimmed to tie into and match the existing.
The interior is appointed with a low granite wall, slate floor and beadboard ceiling. All in keeping with the style and look of the existing house.
As standard with all our screen porches, we use easily replaceable individual screen panels and thicker than average screen doors for durability.
This sunroom addition and deck project affords the homeowner beautiful views of her large, wooded lot.
